  • Today is my last day

    ...to be in alaska
    ...of my summer (I'm satisfied)
...to be with my immediate family
    ...to be alone
...to get long lectures from my father
    ...of not drinking (yay)
...to see the mountains out of by backyard
...to sleep on the couch (well maybe)
    ...to have 60 degree summers
...to fall sleep at 3AM (EST 6AM, yah that has got to change)
...to sit on my computer without disturbance for 6hrs
    ...to write on my xanga.

I apologize that I will not finish my Technological Vitals. As soon as I am back to Norman, Oklahoma, my previous life with the addition of miscellaenous things are flowing in and Xanga can not be part of this ride. I can not say whatsoever that my delicate time spent writing these weblogs as a timewaster. Regret, as much as I try, is not in my pool of vocabulary.

In a distant future, I see myself writing blogs again, maybe not on xanga, and use a unifying theme. Less about my personal, yet erratic, thoughts, but more about my personal, yet focused, goals. To me, the idea of sharing (thoughts, ideas, or informations) is very liberating and powerful, thus I will keep my promise to continue in the future. And I'll keep this blog for archiving purposes.

I don't know how many people read this, maybe one, one being myself, but for anyone that have at least experienced my words, I hope you can derive something out of it, for it is my purpose.

  • ...I think I saved somebody from suicide

Okay, so, I go to this website to ask some questions and answer some questions. I usually answer more than ask, usually answering tech or fashion Qs. But today was a little different.

I was just going through the list of open questions, and I found this title "Why am I even alive?". I thought it was going to be like an intellectual philosophic thread, but it's pretty anything but. It was a depressing/suicidal question, out on open public forum. Umm, yea, that was interesting to me.

I started reading people's answers to her question, but, mmhm, nothing seemed hitting the spot. Then I felt the highest inclination to help her, so I spent my morning to write her a good, solid reply.

Click here for the original thread.

    Technological Vitals (Part one)

As you might know, my passion is in technology. I lay my ass on a hard wood chair for hours and days. Read tech blogs after news after blogs after forums. Today, now, I will show and share you my daily instruments that performs delicate surgeries on my brain.

    Hardware:
    1. The main scalpel. HP Pavilion dv6458se. It's white. It's pretty. I'm selling it for $600, but can negotiate.
    2. The external hard drive. 160GB full of porn. right. no. A Good 50% of my life is in here. Music, Movies, Photos, Projects, Softwares, Books, Shit.
    3.  iPod Classic. 80GB. I love having 5500 songs and 500 videos with me.
    4. Sony (on-ear) headphones. In a public setting, I look like a total creative programmer/graphic designer, yet total douche bag.
    5. Baby mouse by GE (wired). uhhh it's fucking handy.
I am not spoiled. Hard earned money helped me obtain all of these objects.

Software: (All free, but some Microsoft Windows only)
    • Firefox (Web Browser)
    • Launchy (Fast application launcher)
    • Auslogics defragmenter (Defragging Utility)

  • Update: Movie List

I started this collection sometime in 2007. Only 10% or less of these movies I actually watched. I'm totally crazy about trailers, but when the movie comes out, my passion was actually more into the trailer. I still do have the utmost intent to watch any of these movies in the list, but I need an accomplice. I have two, so far. Sadly, they both have schedules that are incomparable to mine. Jessie H and Anna L.

My actual movie list is bigger than this one. Below are just the titles of trailers I have watched and grow fond of that I found on Apple's website. A movie, to me, has to have a depth or it won't land on this list. I truly recommend them.
